MACARON CLASSES
Cynthia offers intimate, hands-on macaron classes, MAC 101, for all intermediate baking enthusiasts who are passionate about learning how to successfully make macarons. In her classes, she shares a thorough manual, which includes a macaron & buttercream recipe, plus tips and tricks (as well as trouble-shooting) so you can tackle any mac issues that may arise.
Included in all classes are macarons for you to take home as well as a wealth of knowledge that took her many years to perfect. You’ll also get to ask all your mac questions while baking alongside one of the most innovative and creative macaron connoisseurs in the greater Twin Cities.
